- This is the all-inclusive service package, is our most detailed cleaning service and includes great coverage such as cleaning inside the oven, fridge, kitchen cabinets, and all windows and window blinds.
- The cleaning is designed to bring the home to its original possible state, making it ready for new homeowners.
- Please note that the home MUST be empty, including drawers, cabinets, refrigerators, and ovens. If there are food items or personal belongings left behind, those areas will not be cleaned, but they will still be charged for as a last-minute cancellation of services or reduction of the scope of work.
- Furniture will not be cleaned if it’s still in the home.
- Waste disposal is not included in the service, and we don’t move appliances away from the wall. However, we can clean those areas if you move the appliances away from the wall for us.
SWAN Clean suggests a deep clean for all first-time cleaning, which provides extra time to clean areas that might have been missed during previous regular cleanings. Once the initial deep clean is done, most customers typically switch to a standard cleaning schedule, such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly

We have designed a simple way to determine the cleanliness of your home, just choose the one that better reflects its condition.
- Condition 1: Professionally Maintained – The home has regular professional cleaning, occurring at least twice a month. With low usage, minimal cleaning or spot cleaning is sufficient for areas such as baseboards, cabinets, and floors.
- Condition 2: Well-maintained but actively used – The home is actively used and needs surface cleaning; nonetheless, there are specific areas that demand extra cleaning attention. This condition applies to approximately 75% of the homes after we provided our service, with some areas exhibiting build-up requiring thorough scrubbing.
- Condition 3: Well-used home – without professional cleaning for the past 6 months, this home has had significant build-up in various areas. To elevate it to the condition of a well-maintained but actively used level, extensive cleaning support is necessary. Notably, there is substantial dirt, dust, and grime present on floors, baseboards, and/or walls, among other areas.
- Condition 4: Heavily used home that required extra attention – The home has not received a comprehensive cleaning in a year or more, possibly never. Considering a second visit may be essential to ensure the condition of the house gets to a well-maintained but actively used level.
NOTE: Please note that vacuuming, organizing, and slightly wiping is not considered as a cleaning maintenance for your home.
The frequency at which you require SWAN Clean service can be determined by observing how quickly your home becomes dirty after a clean. Additionally, you can also consider how much light maintenance you prefer to do before your next service. Ultimately, the decision of how often you want our service to be scheduled will depend on your personal preference.
Areas that are often left cluttered will have extra time allocated for proper organization. Examples include pantry, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, and kitchen counters.
No, we do not clean any outside surfaces of the home. Our insurance only covers cleaning services inside your home.
We enforce a rigorous policy to ensure that our clients have an exceptional experience and our technicians work in the safest possible environment. To maintain this standard, we kindly request that smoking be restricted to outside areas during your service. Failure to comply with this guideline will result in our technicians notifying Swan Clean and leaving the premises. In such cases, you will be charged the full amount for the service.

Yes, upon request. However, please note that our cleaners have personal lives and may become sick or request leave. In such cases, we will either reschedule or send a different cleaner.
No, you do not have to be home. However, if it’s your first time signing up for Swan Clean, initial introductions and instructions can help our technician to have a better understanding of your preferences or any specific focal points for your home.
While leaving a key is not the preferred method, we understand that it may be necessary. After the initial visit, leaving a key is acceptable so that we can access your home without holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is more difficult than usual to find. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing keys or break-ins at your home. Check our terms of service for more information.
If you’re unhappy with the service for any reason, please call us right away for further instructions. We want to make sure you’re satisfied with the results, so we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. If necessary, we can schedule a re-clean within 2 business days of the original appointment.

Yes, you can trust our cleaners. We not only bring on board the best cleaners, but we also prioritize your safety. Each team member undergoes a background check to ensure a secure and top-quality experience for our clients.
When booking online, make sure to select accurately the current condition of your home to ensure the proper amount of time is allocated for cleaning. Improper booking information may require a rescheduling at the full rate. Check our cancellation policy for more information.
We will put a hold on your card prior to the service to secure your scheduled appointment. The payment will be charged to your card after 24 hours of the service. Check our terms of service for more information.
For bookings made with less than two days of notice, we charge an expedited fee of $50 dollars. This helps us ensure prompt and efficient service to accomodate your urgent requests.
If you cancel before the 48-hour window, you will not be charged. Instead, the service will be credited to your account for future use without penalty. However, please keep in mind that if you have signed up for weekly or biweekly service and your cancellation request extends beyond the assigned week, your next service will be charged at the next level of discount.

We only use harsh chemicals in some instances to clean tough areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require calcium, lime, and rust specialized chemicals to clean.
Although this rarely happens, accidents can occur. If something of value gets damaged during our cleaning, please contact our office immediately. We will work with our insurance to get the object replaced as soon as possible.
Yes, we are licensed in Washington state, bonded through Hiscox, and insured for up to $1M in general liability damage.
Tipping is appreciated but there is no suggested percentage. You can tip whatever amount feels good to you, and your Cleaning Technician will be grateful for your generosity.
